We are open for business and still shipping to most worldwide destinations. Please note however, where severe delays continue to compromise the service we can offer to customers, deliveries to the following countries are temporarily suspended:

  • Philippines
  • South Africa
  • UAE

Our fulfilment partners continue to operate strictly in accordance with the Government guidelines and are still aiming to ship orders within the lead times indicated below. However, please allow some tolerance due to ongoing disruption and possible delays with your local mail service.

We are monitoring the situation daily and will of course refund any orders that cannot be fulfilled if circumstances change.



All our products are printed to order so there is a production lead time of 1-3 business days before items are ready to ship. As such, we don't hold stock and orders are dispatched directly to you from our factory.

Please note we cannot offer collections from our offices in Liverpool or from our factory in the North West.



We ship worldwide from the UK and all orders are currently sent via Royal Mail without tracking. Depending on your location will determine which Royal Mail service we provide. Please refer to our Shipping Zones below.

You will receive notification by email or by SMS when your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship. After this notification, please allow the following shipping lead times as a guide for when deliveries should arrive:

Royal Mail 'Proof of Delivery'  - £2.99
1-3 business days after Production Lead Time

This covers all countries within the European Union - £3.99 (plus £1 per additional item - capped at £9.99)
4-8 business days 
after Production Lead Time

Rest of World
This covers all countries outside of the European Union - £5.99 (plus £1 per additional item - capped at £9.99)
4-15 business days 
after Production Lead Time



From the date of placing your order, please ONLY contact us if you have not received your items AFTER the following time frame has elapsed:
UK - 10 business days
EU - 15 business days
ROW - 20 business days

To notify us about your undelivered order, please get in touch asap AFTER the above timescales, by using the CONTACT US form (access via the red button in the bottom right hand corner of any page on this website).

For the quickest response, please complete all relevant fields on the form and refrain from contacting us via social media platforms. Due to the volume of posts in which we are tagged on social media, there is a real chance we could miss your correspondence. Furthermore, you may also be divulging private information.

If Royal Mail or your local postal service have unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your parcel, it will be held at your local depot for a limited period only - typically 2-4 weeks - until you arrange collection or re-delivery. Any unclaimed parcels should automatically be returned to us but in the event this does not happen or it gets lost in transit, please get in touch to advise us if you have been unable to retrieve your goods.

Threads For Reds is not responsible, nor liable for any orders that are returned to us by your local postal service, due to being ‘undeliverable’, ‘unclaimed’ or ‘refused’ etc. At our discretion, we may offer to refund such orders, either in part or in full. Alternatively, we may offer to resend the package although this may be subject to the customer paying an additional shipping fee.
