Exchanges and Returns
As all our garments are printed on demand, please take extra care when placing your order, making sure you have chosen the correct item, size and colour.
While there is a production lead time of 1-3 days before items ship, we do endeavour to turn around orders as quickly as possible, meaning some are processed within an hour of being placed.
Therefore, we cannot always amend a customer's incorrect order before it ships, meaning the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us if they want to exchange after delivery.
To arrange an exchange or return you must contact us directly within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange or refund items must be returned to us in a reselling condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, etc.).
When requesting an exchange or a refund for an item that you have mistakenly ordered (e.g. clothing is too small, too large, etc) you must return the goods at your own cost. In these instances, we can only refund you for the value of the items and not the original shipping.
Naturally, if we have made a mistake, we will offer to replace items at our own cost or issue a full refund on the original order.
Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges or returns.
